Your initial visit to see Dr. Krishnan is your opportunity to have questions answered and discuss your concerns. This visit gives Dr. Krishnan the chance to make a preliminary orthodontic evaluation and recommend if or when treatment is necessary. We realize your time is valuable, so to more efficiently utilize your time, we reserve time after the exam to take diagnostic records.  The records include X-rays, digital photographs, and impressions for study models. Diagnostic records are taken so that Dr. Krishnan can determine the complexity of the orthodontic problem and develop an individualized treatment plan.

Your second visit to our office is for your Treatment Conference. This is an appointment to discuss your treatment plan in detail.  Like a coach reviewing the pre-game strategy with his team, Dr. Krishnan will show you what is involved in the treatment, what results can be expected, and how your active participation can help assure success. Estimated treatment time will also be discussed.

Dr. Krishnan will familiarize you with the appropriate options. You will discover that orthodontics has come a long way!

At this appointment, our Office Manager, Mary Ellen, will discuss convenient financial arrangements for your treatment and have our Scheduling Coordinators set up the necessary appointments to start treatment!
